As I understand this, I'm happy.

Everybody has got some pains.
Some scares are physical.
Some are unseen.
Scars are not to remind pain,
But to remind us of how simple our lives are.
At last, we tumble and sometimes scars

are left to be seen.

Don’t scratch the scars

'cause that will widen the wound
Let it be.
As I understand this,

I am happy.

ทุกคนมีแผลที่รักษาไม่หายทั้งนั้น
บางคนมีรอยแผลเป็นให้เห็น
บางคนมีรอยแผลเป็นไว้คอยตอกย้าความเจ็บปวด
เรามีรอยแผลเป็นไว้เพียงยําเตือนว่า
... เราก็เป็นคนธรรมดา...
ที่สะดุดล้ม ....
และแผลก็ตกสะเก็ดได้
... อย่าแกะแผล ...
เพราะมันจะทำให้รอยใหญ่.. หายยาก
ปล่อยให้มันเป็นไป
ฉันเข้าใจอย่างนี้
ฉันจึงมีความสุข
